Where can I purchase Eminence products? 

We’re glad you asked! Eminence partners with over 4,000 authorized spas and salons throughout the United States and Canada. Our number one recommendation is to visit an Eminence spa for a skin assessment, professional treatments and to purchase products for use at home. 

 

• How do I find an authorized Eminence spa? Visit our Spa Locator or contact us if you would like help finding an Eminence Spa Partner near you. 
• Do you partner with any online retailers? Many of our Spa Partners have websites where you can purchase Eminence products. Eminence also partners with a select list of online retailers. All the online retailers we partner with have estheticians or dermatologists on staff. Please contact us to learn more. 
• Can I purchase Eminence products outside the United States and Canada?  We have distributors serving over 50 countries worldwide. Please contact us to learn more. 

Can I cancel or change an order submitted on eminenceorganics.com?  

We will do our best to accommodate your request if made within one hour of your order being placed during our regular business hours. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get your order on its way as quickly and accurately as possible.  

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us toll- free at 1-888-747-6342 from 8:15am to 4:30pm PST, Monday through Friday. You can also contact us using our chat during the same hours.

Why has Eminence included a ‘Support Your Spa’ step when placing an order? 

Eminence Organics is committed to supporting the spa community, so, at no additional cost to you, we contribute a portion of every purchase to one of our authorized Spa Partners. Our Support Your Spa program benefits your local spa, while also being a convenient way to shop for your favorite products and have them delivered to your door for free. 

If you haven’t visited a spa in your area, no problem! We suggest five local spas for you to choose from. These options are populated based on the proximity between your address and spas in your area.  

 

Why isn’t my favorite spa listed in the recommended Support Your Spa selections?  

If you don’t see your favorite spa in the list provided, you can search for it by selecting ‘Search for your favorite Spa.’ Type in the address, spa name or city of your preferred spa/salon and select from the drop-down options. 

There are some eligibility requirements for Eminence Spa Partners to appear in the list of spas available for you to choose from. If the spa you are looking for doesn’t appear, it may be that it does not meet those requirements. Feel free to select another spa of your choice. 

 

Is there an option to skip the Support Your Spa step in the checkout process? 

Eminence takes great pride in our commitment to supporting our spa community through our Support Your Spa program. The contribution from each purchase is made at no additional cost to you and there is no option to skip this step in the checkout process.  

For faster checkout in the future, you can set your favorite spa through your Account page (My Account > Preferences > My Favorite Spa). 

 

Does Eminence sell gift cards on eminenceorganics.com?  

At this time, we do not accept or offer gift cards for purchase on eminenceorganics.com. Please contact us if you would like help finding a spa in your area that offers gift cards. 

 

How do I use my Eminence gift card at checkout? 

Eminence does not sell or accept gift cards, so you may have a gift card from one of our many international Spa Partners. If the name of the spa or salon isn’t visible on the card, send a photo of the gift card to info@eminenceorganics.com and we’ll do our best to help you find the appropriate spa.   

 

Does Eminence offer product promotions or discounts? 

Eminence does not offer promotions or discounts on eminenceorgancis.com. However, many of Eminence’s Spa Partners regularly offer promotions, including Gift with Purchase promotions and other value-add bundles.

Does Eminence offer free shipping?  

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping.

Does Eminence ship internationally? 

We do not offer shipping to locations outside of the United States or Canada, but we partner with distributors who sell our products in over 50 countries worldwide. 

If you are located outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with information about Eminence products and services in your location. 

 

Will I pay duty or taxes on my Eminence products ordered from your website? 

We have distribution centers in both the United States and Canada, so you will not be charged customs or duty fees. Sales tax may be applied if required by your tax jurisdiction.

Can I return a product purchased on the Eminence website?  

We know that all skin is different and we’re here to support you in finding a skin care routine that is right for you. We are happy to offer a hassle-free return policy for orders placed on our website, eminenceorganics.com. If you are not satisfied with a product you have received in your order, please see our return policy for details. 

If you have purchased an Eminence product from a website or physical location that is not eminenceorganics.com, please contact the spa or website from which you purchased the product. Each spa and website should have their own return policy.

What is the percentage of organic ingredients in Eminence Organic Skin Care products?  

We are at the top of the skin care industry in terms of organic content and healthy ingredients while still being the most effective organic skin care on the market today. Our products contain a minimum of 70% and up to 95% organic ingredients. The remaining percentage of ingredients follows our company philosophy which is:

Which Eminence products are safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?  

We recommend that Ccustomers who are pregnant or breastfeeding check with their healthcare provider for any product contraindications that may be unique to them. It is generally recommended that stimulating products be avoided, as you may find your skin is more sensitive during and after pregnancy. 

 

Why is there a slight color difference in my product?  

Our natural, organic and Biodynamic® ingredients may have slight variations from harvest to harvest. Like an heirloom tomato may be red, yellow or orange, our final products may have minor differences also. These slight variations do not affect the efficacy of the product. 

 

What does Eminence use for colors and scents in the products? 

Eminence prefers to use naturally derived scents and colors. This includes using fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs, teas and minerals to enhance your enjoyment of our products. When ‘fragrance’ appears on the ingredient list, it means we have combined natural botanical extracts and aromatic ingredients into a proprietary blend. Due to the botanical nature of our products, the scent and appearance may differ slightly from batch to batch. 

 

What preservatives does Eminence use? 

Eminence Organics uses a combination of safe, gentle and natural preservative systems that are best suited for each product and preserve the benefits of the fruits, vegetables and herbs used in our formulations. The average shelf life of Eminence products is 12 months. 

  

What is the Organic Phytonutrient Blend™? 

Eminence is constantly innovating our product formulations to deliver the best results. The Organic Phytonutrient Blend™ is a revolutionary concept that was developed by our expert formulators. 

Each Organic Phytonutrient Blend™ of organic fruits and vegetables is tailored according to a specific skin care concern to give the best possible results. 

We’ve discovered that, when it comes to fruits and vegetables, “more is more” and by creating tailored blends, we’re able to provide a nutrient-dense boost to the skin. These blends optimize the natural antioxidant content to provide an added layer of protection for the skin, making sure we get the most benefit out of each fruit, vegetable, plant and flower harvested. 

 

What is Biocomplex2™? 

Eminence is constantly innovating our product formulations to deliver the best results. We launched our original antioxidant complex, Biocomplex™, over 10 years ago. Since then, skin care science has advanced to understand an even broader range of vitamins and antioxidants that can be derived directly from fruits and vegetables which, in turn, result in even more amazing skin care benefits.  

Extensive research has therefore gone into leveraging this skin care science to develop Biocomplex2™, which will restore radiance, vitality and strength to the skin through a targeted blend of even more antioxidants. 

Following our “more is more” theory, Biocomplex2™ contains certified organic Baobab, Lemon, Coconut, Carrot, Indian Gooseberry, Acai, Goji Berry, Barbados Cherry and Camu Camu. In Biocomplex2™, we have also incorporated further skin-nourishing supplements including Alpha Lipoic Acid and Coenzyme Q10. 

 

What is a stimulating (“HOT”) treatment? 

Our stimulating products contain a wide range of ingredients like paprika, cayenne, and zeolite, which create a tingling or warming sensation on your skin. These treatments generate a circulatory system response that brings fresh blood flow to the surface of the skin. This increase in circulation encourages natural cell turnover while creating a detoxifying and oxygenated environment, leaving the skin looking toned, firmed , and revitalized. 

Paprika and cayenne contain capsaicin, which stimulates blood flow in addition to offering anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. Zeolite is a mineral that can generate heat through an exothermic reaction when mixed with water. These heating mechanisms contribute to the overall stimulating effect of our products, enhancing their efficacy in improving skin appearance and health. 

 

What is SLS? Does Eminence use alternatives to SLS? 

Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) is a foaming agent used in bubble bath, and also commonly used in a factory floor degreaser that is commonly used in products that foam or bubble.  

Eminence does not use SLS and instead uses non-irritating ingredients such as Coco Glucoside derived from coconut oil. 

 

Where does Eminence source its ingredients from?  

We source premium ingredients from all over the world and combine them with traditional Hungarian craftsmanship to bring you the best skin care available worldwide. While the majority of our products are made in Hungary, some are made in North America with Hungarian formulations and the finest ingredients. 

 

Are your products vegan friendly? 

Many of our products are vegan friendly.

If you are concerned about a possible sensitivity or allergy to an ingredient when applied to your skin, we recommend that you proceed according to your own comfort level, speak to your healthcare provider and conduct a patch test. 

 

Why are some products only available for professionals?  

While Eminence has an extensive collection of products for use at home, we also develop innovative professional-grade treatments exclusively for Eminence Spa Partners. Authorized Eminence Spa Partners will have estheticians and certified professionals on-site who have been trained by our Product Trainers to provide clients with exceptional and tailored skin care services for their unique skin care needs and goals.
