This past week has seen one of our biggest events of the year. The reason for this flurry of excitement? It's our Annual Business Conference (ABC): a high-energy, yearly meeting where we unite 200 of our team-members from around the world. Participants fly in from several countries and all 50 states in the U.S. to regroup, plan ahead and educate ourselves to enhance our award-winning products and services. Held in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, our ABC lets us celebrate our successes and galvanize our growth for the next twelve months.

At the forefront of our minds for the ABC is an investment in each and every one of our team-members. From our international sales teams to reception staff to product development experts, the Eminence Organic Skin Care family assembles for fun-filled education with world-renowned guest speakers and industry experts. Ongoing education helps to make us one of the Top 100 companies to work for in North America and also helps you, our Customer. When we become better, our service to our Customers becomes better so, naturally, this is a win-win for us all!

Besides the amazing education opportunities, we also celebrate on the many successes of the past year, such as our 26 awards presented to Eminence Organics in the last 12 months by media, industry and Customers including Favorite Skin Care Line and Favorite for Product Education for the 7th Year in a Row from American Spa Magazine. Do we rest on our laurels though? Definitely not. Our excitement at the conference propels us to re-energize and enthusiastically plan for further improvements to our products, services and all of our charitable causes and community contributions. As we close out another dynamic conference, we look forward to partnering with you on another year full of opportunities and successes.
