1. Cleanse: First, cleanse the eye area. Saturate a cotton bud with 1-2 pumps of eye makeup remover. Gently wipe away residue from the eye area.
2. Treat: To treat the eye area, pump or dispense a pea-sized amount of your chosen eye cream.
