Eminence Helps Raise Over $20 Million For Children's Hospital

We were excited to participate recently in the British Columbia Children’s Hospital Foundation (BCCHF) Miracle Weekend for the fourth year in a row! The event raised a record-breaking $20,018,608 this year — an achievement that we are proud to be a part of. An annual event, Miracle Weekend is a culmination of BCCHF's fundraising efforts throughout the year as well as a two day live telethon broadcast that raises funds for life-saving equipment, research and programs for the hospital. We are proud to be involved with this major event for so many years and to contribute to the lives and health of children who need help.

With all of our efforts this year, staff at our head office raised an amazing $10,500 for t he second consecutive year! How did we raise this whopping amount as a company? We organized an impressive series of events to support the cause. These events included a scrumptious bake sale, an in-house sale of our products, and a raffle draw for our products as well as a luxury facial. We also raised funds with a total of six Jeans Days that extended BCCHF's own Jeans Day on April 28. Plus we were fortunate that company owners Attila and Boldijarre Koronczay generously matched company donations to bump up the funds to the final total.

Championing the cause for Miracle Weekend has been a fulfilling experience for everyone here at Eminence Organics and one of the many charitable initiatives we are committed to. We look forward to continuing to support the kids at BC Children's Hospital for many years to come.
